FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99!

Standard Ground Service is free to customers who place an order of $99 or more before taxes, anywhere in the United States. Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with free Standard Ground Service. 

Free Shipping offer does not apply on shipments outside of the United States. International rates will be displayed and available to choose from during the checkout process. 

International customers are responsible to be familiar with and comply with all import laws of their receiving country. In the event that an order is placed on, with an international BILL TO or SHIP TO address, Shoezine is not responsible and shall not be blamed for any actions performed by Customs or any government agency in the receiving country, including seizure or delay. If any or all ordered merchandise is seized or delayed from said order, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the proper government authorities to collect seized merchandise. Customer is responsible for any brokerage fees imposed by the shipping courier or receiving government agency.

Enjoy no sales tax on every order*. Shoezine pays all applicable sales tax for orders shipped in the United States. International orders are not charged sales tax at the time of purchase, but may incur taxes and duties in the customs process of the destination country. You will be responsible for paying any taxes and duties incurred in the delivery of international orders. 

*When required, we collect sales tax. The list of states we are required to collect sales tax for appears on the shopping bag screen and, if applicable, the sales tax amount will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page prior to completing your order.

Products that you return or exchange must be unworn/unused/unwashed. Shoezine does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. 
To qualify to return your order, an order must have been placed within the last 60 days, products you return must be unworn/unused in the original packaging and shipping must be paid for by the customer.* If you qualify, follow these steps to begin your return:

  1. Call Shoezine (305) 251-8004 to receive your RMA # within 60 days of placing your order to receive our returns department address. No return fees will apply.

  2. To expedite your return, include all original packing and materials, remove all address references from the return package before attaching shipping label, and protect the label by covering it with clear plastic tape.

  3. Take your return package to the carrier’s nearest shipping location.

When making a return or an exchange, will: 

  • Refund your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.

*Products you return must be unworn/unused and in the original packaging. There is no guarantee for wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. has the right to accept or refuse any returns as we see fit. Once we receive the merchandise at our warehouse it will be inspected by a specialist who will determine if your return is valid. Refund is issued within 1 business day of inspection.'s 60 day Return & Exchange policy does not apply to orders being returned from International locations (locations outside of the United States) and APO/FPO locations. 

Refused/Undeliverable Packages 

In the event an order's package(s) is refused or undeliverable to the customer's Ship To address, the normal return policy no longer applies to the order. A restocking fee of 25% is subject to be applied to the refused/undeliverable items. Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer, and the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We strongly suggest not to refuse a package, and follow our return procedures.

If you find a product for a lower price on another website, we will refund you 100% of the difference between the lower price and Shoezine's price. We'll even refund the difference if we lower the price at! 


  • The item must be in stock in the same style, size and color that was purchased from the website.

  • Special promotions, rebates, and gift certificates are not eligible.

  • The website where you find the lower price cannot be an auction site or private event sale.

  • The final publically advertised price that would have been paid at the other site, including shipping and tax, less any promotion, will be compared to the final price on your order with Shoezine and will be included when calculating the difference.

  • Offer is valid for 10 days after you make your purchase.

  • Offer is valid on orders/items shipped to destinations within the United States.

  • Offer is limited to one refund per month per customer.

To receive your refund: 

Order the item that you want from Shoezine. Send an email to [email protected] with: (1) your Order Number, (2) the URL of the site where you found the item, and (3) instructions how to find the item. After receiving your email, Shoezine will verify the website where you found the lower price, give you the discount, and send you an e-mail with your new total.

We guarantee that any purchase you make on the website will be 100% safe. Although we never intend to have an incident of credit card fraud, if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of doing business with, you will pay nothing. 

The Fair Credit Billing Act states that your credit card provider cannot make you pay in excess of $50.00 of fraudulent charges.
